Jan 13, 2023 · Fool Hollow Lake is a shallow body of water with the average depth being 25 feet and a maximum depth of 45 feet when the lake is completely full. Being 1.5 miles long and .3 miles across, the lake spans over 150 acres. We camped at Fool Hollow several years ago on our was West from New England. The sites are very nice & amenities very much appreciated, but the "lake" itself is not visible from most of the sites & in any case not very substantial.
