I try to do 3+ a day, but admittedly I've been slacking as of late. By not doing herb runs you're throwing away good gp and decent farming xp. It only takes five or six minutes to do a run, and most herbs need over an hour to grow again. Herb runs are perfect for people to play a lot per day or someone looking to make some extra money..
