For me, it's Linwe's armor.It's unique and looks perfect for a hunter/archer, but it's part of a quest path that most nobody takes. You can get it from doing odd jobs that Delvin and Vex give you in the Ratway, but until you actually see Linwe there's no indication that unique armor is part of the quest.

Hi all, I am using STEP 2.2.9 Extended, and everything was going well until I accepted a miscellaneous quest from an NPC in Windhelm. The quest log indicates to "Kill the Leader of Uttering Hills Camp". There is an indicator on my map of the location, and when I go there, there is in indication of where the leader is.
